Sierra Canyon's traditional Homecoming festivities have been in full swing this week.

Last weekend, Trailblazers kicked off the Homecoming Week with the fifth annual Homecoming with a Bang: Family Pep Rally. Families gathered at the SC Stadium to celebrate the unity of our community, emphasizing that although we have two campuses, we are one school. The evening began with the Parade of Athletes as our Upper Campus teams marched through the cheering crowd with Lower School students by their side. The festivities continued with impressive performances from the Lower School Musicians, Lower Campus Dance Company, and Upper School Cheer. The night ended with a BANG as the fireworks show lit up the night to officially launch Homecoming Week at Sierra Canyon.

When students arrived back to campus on Tuesday, everyone was geared up and ready to tackle Homecoming Spirit Week. Both campuses were filled with students dressed in creative costumes for themed days. On the Upper Campus, the Associated Student Body (ASB) worked hard to organize fun activities, including grade-level competitions leading up to Friday's student Pep Rally. Additionally, the Parent Association provided treats, adding extra excitement and enjoyment to the week. The momentum continues this weekend with a sold-out football game against Notre Dame and the Upper School Homecoming Dance.

Although the festivities are coming to a close, the unity of our community remains stronger than ever. Congratulations, Trailblazers, on an amazing and memorable 2023 Homecoming season!
